Submit a Review for a Chance to Win a $200 Gift Card

1. Eligibility
The “Submit a Review to Win a $200 Gift Card” promotion (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of Canada and the United States (excluding Quebec and Puerto Rico) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
Employees of Stoats (the “Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household of such employees are not eligible to enter.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. Agreement to Official Rules
By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and represent and warrant that they meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. Entrants further agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
3. Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins on Feb 1 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on April 30 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).
All eligible entries must be received during the Promotion Period to qualify for the drawing.
4. How to Enter
To enter, submit a review of a product on the Sponsor’s website at www.stoats.com during the Promotion Period.
Limit one (1) entry per person per order.
Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple identities, email addresses, or other methods will void that entrant’s entries and may result in disqualification.
No Purchase Necessary Method of Entry (Alternate Method of Entry – AMOE):
To enter without making a purchase, eligible participants may email twitch@stoats.com with the subject line “Review Sweepstakes Entry” and include their full name, mailing address, and phone number during the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) entry per person via this method.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will be randomly selected to receive one (1) $200 Visa Gift Card.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $200 CAD (depending on the winner’s country of residence).
No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The prize is non-transferable. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
All applicable federal, provincial, state, and local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with acceptance and use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on April 30 at or about 11:59 p.m. ET from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The potential winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days following the draw.
If the selected entrant:
- cannot be contacted,
- is found to be ineligible,
- fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question (if applicable), or
- fails to claim the prize within forty-eight (48) hours of notification,
the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant selected in a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
7. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
8. Rights Granted by You
By entering this Sweepstakes, you grant the Sponsor and its affiliates the right, where permitted by law, to use your name, city/province/state of residence, likeness, review submission, and statements about the Sweepstakes for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, without further compensation, notice, review, or consent, except where prohibited by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize, including but not limited to technical errors, unauthorized human intervention, printing errors, lost or misdirected entries, or injury or damage to persons or property.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights a consumer may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
10. Disputes and Governing Law
Except where prohibited, this Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that any disputes arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
Residents of the United States remain subject to applicable state laws.

By entering, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information for the purposes of administering this Sweepstakes in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
